These terms and conditions apply to the Sight Bridge AI app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by mvp93 (collectively, the "Application"). mvp93 is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should read them carefully before using the Application.
1. License to Use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application, except as and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, algorithms, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
3. Artificial Intelligence & Assistive Technologies
AI Functionality & Safety Acknowledgment
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision technologies to provide obstacle detection, spatial analysis, and assistive scene descriptions.
Assistive Nature: While Sight Bridge AI strives to offer high-precision detection, AI features are assistive tools designed to augment — not replace — primary mobility aids (such as white canes, guide dogs, or human assistance) and personal vigilance. You acknowledge that environmental factors (lighting, camera obstructions, rapid movement) may affect detection accuracy.

When using the Application, you agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, threatening, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security features or integrity of the Application.
- Use the Application in ways that violate the privacy or personal data rights of others.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or model weights without authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal impact arising out of your reliance on the Application.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss or damage experienced as a result of relying entirely on third-party information or environmental AI inferences provided through this Application.
7. Termination & Updates
The Service Provider may update, modify, or cease providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application and delete it from your mobile device.
8. Digital Services Act (DSA) & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates. For European Union users, points of contact for regulatory inquiries or moderation disputes are handled via manhterry93@gmail.com.
