These terms and conditions apply to the ShotOn app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by mvp93 (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms.

Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code or create derivative versions. All trademarks and copyrights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

User Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and copyright of all images processed using the Application.

The Service Provider claims no rights, title, or interest in the photos you frame or the metadata you display using the Application.

Data & Connectivity

The Application processes personal data you provide to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device.

Some functions (like analytics or ads) require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for data charges incurred or reduced functionality due to lack of internet access.

Limitation of Liability

Accuracy of Metadata: While the Application strives for precision, the accuracy of the EXIF data displayed depends entirely on the original metadata available in your image files. The Service Provider is not responsible for any incorrect, missing, or misleading technical information.

The Service Provider relies on third parties for certain information and services. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the Application's functionality.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update or cease providing the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end.
