This privacy policy is applicable to the ShotOn app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by mvp93 (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not require registration to use its core features.
Image Processing & Privacy:
The Application processes your photos locally on your device to apply frames and extract EXIF metadata. We do not upload, store, or share your original or processed photos to any external servers.Your creative work stays entirely on your device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide (such as feedback via email) to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
What information does the Application collect automatically?
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application (via third-party analytics).
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
This Application does not gather precise real-time location information from your device's GPS sensor.
EXIF Metadata Handling:
The Application may read location data (GPS coordinates) already embedded within your photos' EXIF metadata solely for the purpose of displaying it on the image frame as requested by you. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider or any third parties.
Third-Party Services
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.
Data Retention & Security
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (e.g., email support queries) for as long as you use the Application. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months.
We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. While we strive for reasonable security, no system can prevent all potential breaches.
